Don Pedro’s Family Mexican restaurant was founded in 1995 in Evanston, Wyoming by brothers Pedro and Placido Mena. They were supported by their wives Lupita and Nina Mena. The town of Evanston welcomed the restaurant as soon as the doors open. In order to keep up with the demand of their new restaurant they opened a second location in Evanston, Wyoming. Eighteen years later the business has grown to 8 locations across the states of Wyoming, Utah and North Dakota.
