Don Pedro's Family Mexican Restaurant was founded in 1995 Evanston, WY by Pedro P Mena and his wife Lupita; supported by their brothers and children. The town of Evanston welcomed the restaurant as soon as the doors open. Years later, the business has grown to 6 locations across Wyoming, Utah, and North Dakot
By the turn of the twenty-first century, Don Pedro's expanded to Southern Utah with locations managed and supported by the Pico Sanchez family.
All menus consist of the original family-created recipes that the locals love and crave. Our story is truly a successful one.
